Marketing Tools Inc., was asked by Diebold to assist in designing a program that would entice existing customers to renew their annual service agreements earlier than usual. The result was a program that included a box of cookies, custom packaging with clever copy and cutting edge design, which included renewal information and an incentive.

Marketing Tools Inc. put together all the pieces in our distribution center and shipped over 1,000 units individually to the targeted Diebold customers. It was critical that all deliveries arrive on the same day due to the programs firm launch date. This made it necessary to ship over the course of 3 days to assure all 1,000 packages arrived on the same day across the United States. AND THEY DID!
